Talk to your friends and enjoy spending time with them. Do exercise regularly and keep yourself healthy. Most of these things can do wonders for maintaining your stress level. So try it.

Realize that you are in control. What you do is determined by yourself. The rest of the people do what they wish to do, and there is nothing you can do to control it. Others make decisions based on their ideas and thoughts. You don’t have the authority to question their decisions. And no power is bestowed on you for controlling others’ actions, behaviors, or choices. It means you can go forward with your idea even if somebody doesn’t agree. Learn to say no to others.
